Allergens & ingredients

Our cookies are made in a home kitchen that uses wheat, eggs, milk (dairy), and soy, and may also handle peanuts and tree nuts. Even designs that don’t contain these ingredients are prepared on shared equipment, so we cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free. If you have a food allergy, please email us before ordering — we’re happy to share the full ingredient list for any item.

Kicker Konfections is a home-based food business operating in North Carolina in accordance with NC home food processing rules.

Orders, pickup & refunds

• All orders are prepaid by card and are for local pickup only in Apex, North Carolina. We do not ship, and we can only accept orders from within the United States.
• The exact pickup address is provided with your order confirmation. Pickup times are chosen at checkout — if you need a different time, email us and we’ll coordinate a porch pickup.
• Need to change or cancel? Reply to your confirmation email (or write to kickerkonfections@gmail.com) as soon as possible. Orders canceled before your pickup day are refunded in full to your card.
• Orders not picked up during your chosen window: we’ll reach out to reschedule. Because these are perishable, made-for-you goods, orders that are never picked up may not be refundable.
• All prices include NC sales tax — the price you see is the price you pay.

Privacy

When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), and your order details — that’s it, and we use them only to prepare your order and contact you about it. Card payments are processed securely by Square; your card number never touches our servers. We don’t sell or share your information with anyone, we don’t send marketing email, and we only keep order history for our business records.
